Maia.homedress – Marija Ivković PR deals with the production and sale of clothing items wholesale and retail. Maia.homedress guarantees the correctness and accuracy of each product description. It is exclusively about pure silk. We process it exclusively with French seams that guarantee flawless edges on all Maia.homedress pieces inside and out.

According to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 62/2014), purchases through our sales website www.maia.rs are considered distance sales.

In the case of distance sales, the law establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to satisfy his individual needs, and not to perform a professional activity), to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the day the product was delivered to him. submitted.

Method of payment

You can choose:

– payment cards during the purchase process on the website. You can pay for your order using a Visa, MasterCard, DinaCard or Maestro payment card. 

Right to withdraw

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, i.e. outside the business premises within 14 days. The consumer exercises the right to cancel by filling out the cancellation form and sending the completed form to the merchant within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. In case of cancellation, the consumer bears only the costs of returning the goods. When canceling, the customer may or may not state the reasons for canceling.

Complaints and refunds

The consumer submits a complaint personally, in order to exercise rights based on compatibility, warranty, incorrectly calculated price and other defects.

The consumer’s obligation is to attach the invoice, a copy of the invoice, a distance sales contract or any other proof of purchase, as well as to hand over the product when making a complaint.

In the case of returning the purchased product, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product, within 14 days.

The consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods that occurs as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, i.e. exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The merchant has the right to refuse to refund the price if he determines that the goods were not returned in the condition in which they were delivered due to the consumer’s inadequate handling of them.

Given that each country defines the Laws on the circulation of goods and services, it may happen that INDEPENDENT OF US, some services calculate additional costs for our goods and services, (costs of postage, opening and control of packages, customs, re-delivery, change of delivery address and similar ). It is recommended that before ordering the goods, check whether there are any special prohibitions for the country from which the order is placed. All costs according to the above are borne by the buyer.

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Maia HomeDress is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and Dinacard payment methods , which means that at the seller’s request, the bank will refund the funds to the payment card user’s account.

Delivery and restrictions

The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product. After the 14-day period, the product cannot be returned. In the case of returning the goods to the customer who previously paid for the goods to the courier, i.e. with cash on delivery, the cost of returning the goods is not borne by Maia HomeDress, but the cost is borne by the customer.

If the customer has ordered the personalization of the ordered goods, and the merchant has already delivered that service, the customer has no right to obtain a refund of the paid service on that basis.

If you bought the goods in an online store, when picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there are visible damages on it (torn parts and crushing), the package should not be picked up. In this case, please call us at 0641185878. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.

If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is not correct, please contact us no later than within 7 days from the moment of receipt of the shipment.

The deadline for complaints is 7 days from the day of receipt of the goods. In the shortest possible time, and no later than within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint in writing or electronically, we will respond to the complaint and inform you about further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its submission. When submitting a complaint request, the customer is obliged to:

– in the complaint request, to state the reasons for the complaint and the desired way of solving it

– a product that advertises to be returned in its original packaging

The customer has no right to complain if:

– missed the deadline for filing a complaint of 7 days from the day of receiving the goods

– a defect in the purchased product caused by his fault;

– bought a product on sale;

– bought a defective product at a reduced price;

– changed the decision on the selection of the article.

Information for order deliveries:

On the territory of Serbia, we make deliveries via PostExpress, for EU, UK and USA we use the services of FedEx.

The production deadline is 5-7 working days. The deadline is additionally extended in case of personalization of the article.

 For finished products, the delivery period is as follows:

Serbia

Delivery time is 2-4 working days. For orders until 2 pm on weekdays, it is possible to send the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the first business day.

 Shipping cost for weight orders:

– up to 0.5 kg is 400 RSD,

– up to 0.5-2 kg 500 RSD.

 

EU, UK and USA

Delivery time is 7-10 working days for EU and UK territory. The delivery time for the USA is 14 working days. For delivery outside Serbia, the goods will be cleared and taxed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable upon collection.

Delivery price for packages up to 1 kg:

Exchange rate difference statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be debited will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations/your issuing bank, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there may be a slight difference between the original price listed on our site and the one you can see on your bank statement. Thank you for your understanding.
